Sol is vibrant and life sustaining as the sun. We crave its warm embrace year-round. Currently an equal parts blend of two coffees from Ethiopia - the motherland of coffee. A clean and elegant washed process coffee from Sidama is blended with a balanced naturally processed coffee from the Guji highlands. The result in the cup is floral high notes with vibrant flavors of ripe fruit and a lingering chocolate finish. We're enjoying this coffee for filter brews but a bright and fragrant espresso is always a good option.
