Solomon Hameso Boku Sidama Ethiopia
Natural (dry processed) coffees from Ethiopia are consistently some of our favorite coffees year after year. Ethiopian coffee has the benefit of extremely high elevations, fertile soil and varietals that are well adapted to the climate. When combined with careful sorting and processing the results in the cup can be pure magic. This coffee stood out to us for its big ripe fruit notes of blackberry and dark cherry with a delectable sweetness and creamy body. While lightly roasted, this coffee is equally delicious when brewed as a filter coffee or espresso so don't be afraid to experiment with this one!
