While not traditionally "Dark" as some of the Italian and French roast styles we feel these coffees exhibit the best that dark roasted coffee has to offer without the overly harsh flavors. Think rounded edges not jagged ones. Dark roast lovers will appreciate the lower acidity and bold flavors while light roast connoisseurs will still find a complexity and depth that keeps these coffees interesting.
