My name is Corbin, I'm the roaster and co-owner of Zazen Coffee! I discovered my passion for coffee only a few years ago but it feels like it has been a long time coming.
My roasting journey began in my kitchen with an old popcorn maker! We've come a long way since those early experiments but I haven't lost that initial spark of curiosity.
Fast forward several years and I'm all in on coffee! I left behind a job I had little interest in to pursue something I love.
What started as a love of coffee has grown into something more. There's millions of people out there whose livelihoods depend on this product and the coffee industry has historically been one of extraction and exploitation.
