Wholesale FAQ

Repeat customer orders will typically leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. New customers may need to to fill out a sales tax exemption certificate. Contact us at hello@zazencoffee.co before placing your first order so we can get you set up.

We package in 5 lb kraft bags with valves and simple labels. Bags are boxed up in 40 lb increments and will ship via UPS ground.

Place orders in 40 lb increments for the best price per pound rates.
