Luna is versatile, extracts easily and is tasty across brewing methods. It's pretty hard to make a bad cup and no wonder. This coffee was produced by Mario Valiente at his farm Finca Colomba - a well known farm in Santa Ana, El Salvador. The farm is vertically integrated, meaning they have direct control over every step of the process from farm to export. This control ultimately leads to better quality and higher profits for the farm.
