Our darkest roast is rich and smooth with lower perceived acidity and notes of roasted nuts and dark chocolate. While not as dark as some of the more traditional French and Italian style roasts, we feel it has all the merits of a dark roast but without the overly harsh and burnt flavors.

Currently a washed process regional coffee from Matagalpa, Nicaragua - brought to us by Gold Mountain Coffee Growers. Every basket of coffee cherries picked for this lot is supervised by Gold Mountain's quality control teams. They treat coffee farming like fine wine production and only pick the best-tasting, ripest fruit, which. means you get a sweeter, more complex cup of coffee.
