WIP - Test Batch

Currently featured are some stellar Grade 1 Ethiopian coffees that we’re developing for our menu and these initial batches, while tasty, are just off the mark of what we are looking to present as finished products. These coffees are floral, sweet and clean and will continue to open up over the course of the next couple months so don’t be afraid to let them rest, especially for espresso brewing!
