Ethiopia Blend - Floral * Fuity * Silky Body

A natural and a washed process Ethiopian coffee are blended in equal parts to create a complex blend that is jam packed with floral highlights like lemon blossom, jasmine and rose complemented by fruity flavors of blueberry and cherry. Roasted light for filter brewing to preserve those delicate floral notes and highlight the elegant acidity. While roasted light for filter, Sol would also make a complex and fruity espresso shot so don't be afraid to experiment!
